Liverpool to sign Salah?

There has been rumors in the last 2 weeks linking Mohamed Salah with a move to Anfield. Liverpool were interested in the speedster when he was still in Basel FC, but Chelsea were the ones to sign him first. Life at Stamford Bridge didn't go quite well for the winger, after making just 19 appearances, so he moved to Fiorentina on loan. Fiorentina made an offer to buy him, but he preferred a move to AS Roma, where he shone and became a very important player in the squad, leading them  to finish 2nd in Serie A this season, with 19 goals and 12 assists of his signature in all competitions.
Sky Sports Italia claim that the 24-year-old verbally agreed to sign with the Reds for a weekly wage of 100 thousand euros costing the club 40 million euros. This claim is thought to be true after Salah's friend, Mohammad Saadon Alkuwari, who works at BeIn Sports tweeted on his account (@ms3don) "Can we say congratulations @22mosalah #EPL". Moreover, Roma are forced to sell some of their players to inject the club with cash and break even in abidance to the UEFA Financial Fair Play Regulations (FFP). If not Roma will have to pay a fine and could be transfer banned by FIFA.
This is good news for Liverpool fans for the team has failed to make an impact in the absence of the injured Senegalese Sadio Mane. Also it's good news to Salah's Egyptian fans especially for his transfer fee which is about 1 billion Egyptian pounds!
Some say Salah should stay in Roma for at least one season for he would fail in the Premier League. Others believe that Klopp will get the best out of him and could be the signing of the year. From a neutral perspective, Salah is a very good player and he showed his value in Roma. He has the ability to change the game and finish it within seconds, using his pace, agility, and skills which will highly suit Klopp's style of play and will ease his adaptation in Liverpool. What do you think?
